Chris Brown Is 'Dancing With Death' as He Struggles With Fatal Drug Addiction

Amidst his legal issues with Karrueche Tran, insiders reveal that the 27-year-old singer's disturbing downward spiral is due to potentially fatal drug addiction.

Chris Brown has been dealing with legal issues for his abusive and disturbing behavior in the last few years. And now those closest to the 27-year-old singer including his friends as well as his current and former employees have finally opened up about his "downward spiral" amidst his beef with ex Karrueche Tran.

In recent interviews with Billboard, they claimed Chris had been struggling with fatal drug addiction. The "Forever" hitmaker, who recently announced his 33-dated ambitious spring tour "Party", had a tendency toward self-medication and had neglected to treat his bipolar disease for at least a year.

Chris would sometimes stay awake for as many as three days in a row while snorting coke and "dabbling in" Xanax, molly and lean. "You didn't know how he was going to wake up," revealed a member of his security. "Were you going to get cool Chris? Or depressed or artsy and focused Chris, who would be very productive? Or the happy-go-lucky Chris, who would just joke around and have fun? It was a different person every day."

Chris' mentally unstable reactions and abusive behaviors affect his friends and associates. But he allegedly refuses to change his lifestyle. "He's not doing the things he needs to do to get well, so he's never going to be well. The kid is going to hit rock bottom," a former member of Brown's inner circle revealed.

"He will cuss you out and say, 'Hey, man, I'm functioning. I'm going to get the work out.' And he does," a current member of the "Loyal" singer's team said. "But [he's not] the first functional star who thinks they can handle those powerful drugs. I got to say with all my heart, he's dancing with death."
