Carrie Underwood Unwraps Beautiful Cover for 'Storyteller' Album

The 'American Idol' alum looks gorgeous as she poses in a flowing white shirt with red details and a pair of cowboy boots in the artwork for the new album set for release on October 23.


Carrie Underwood has unveiled the official cover for her new studio album "Storyteller". The country superstar looks super gorgeous in the artwork she debuted via Entertainment Weekly before sharing it on Instagram on Tuesday, August 25. 

Underwood channels her inner boho girl as she poses in a flowing white shirt with red details and a pair of cowboy boots. "The album cover for #Storyteller October 23rd will be here before ya' know it!" she captioned the image. 

"Storyteller" is scheduled to be released on October 23. The album is led by "Smoke Break" which arrived earlier this month. The single's music video was premiered this Monday. 

"This is the longest time I've taken between studio albums," Underwood told Entertainment Weekly of what will be her first proper album since 2012's "Blown Away". "I've been listening to some of these songs for two years and to still be excited about them is great but then it's like 'Oh my gosh, is everybody else going to like it?' I'm more nervous now that I've taken time."
