Bobby Brown and Pat Houston Appointed as Bobbi Kristina's Co-Guardians

Bobbi's father and aunt will be responsible for her care and medical needs, while her conservatorship is given to attorney Bedelia Hargrove.

Court has appointed guardians and conservator for Bobbi Kristina Brown. Bobbi's father Bobby Brown and her aunt Pat Houston are chosen as her co-guardians while attorney Bedelia Hargrove is appointed as her conservator.

Pat and Cissy Houston's counsel, David Long-Daniel, and counsel for Bobby, Christopher Brown, say in a joint statement, "We are delighted to inform the public that the court has appointed Bobby Brown and Pat Houston as co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina Brown ('Krissi'). Both Mr. Brown and Ms. Houston are jointly responsible for decisions related to Krissi's care and medical needs."

"Ms. Hargrove is responsible for Krissi's assets, including her likeness, rights and legal claims," the statement adds, "Both parties are delighted with the court's decision and are working harmoniously to ensure Krissi receives the best possible medical care. We are appreciative of the manner in which Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh handled this matter."

Bobbi was rushed to hospital in late January after being found face down and unconscious in a bathtub at her Georgia house. After months of hospitalization at Emory University Hospital, she was moved to a rehab center in March where she remains on life support.
