Kanye West, one of Time magazine's Most Influential People in the World, made an appearance at the Time 100 Gala on Tuesday, April 21. Along with his wife Kim Kardashian who also makes it to the list, the rapper joined world leaders, business moguls and fellow A-list celebrities at the event which took place in New York City at the Jazz at the Lincoln Center.
On the occasion, West also treated the crowd to a mini-concert. During his 20-minute set, he played his new hits including "All Day", "Only One", "Black Skinhead", "New Slaves", "Blood on the Leaves" and "Runaway" before tackling some of his classics such as "Good Life," "Gold Digger" and "Touch the Sky".
Kardashian took to Twitter to rave about the performance and post a picture of her husband joined on the stage by numerous shirtless men covered in white body paint. "Craziest performance ever tonight at the Time 100 Gala #Time100," she wrote.
West is currently working on his new album "So Help Me God". The highly-anticipated LP, his first since 2013's "Yeezus", is scheduled to be released later this year and is expected to be followed by a tour.
