Flaunting her curvy figure for a series of photo spreads for the latest issue of Madame Figaro magazine, Helena Christensen admitted she never followed any diet. She instead is thanking her good metabolism for giving her the supermodel body.
"I never followed any diet, I love good food," the 46-year-old beauty admitted in an interview with the print media. "I have a good metabolism. I started doing sports quite late, around 30 years. I started because I wanted to feel more toned," she added.
In further interview, she revealed, "I hate endurance sports, it would be impossible for me to run a marathon. I love the intense sports, such as boxing or sprint." When asked what she usually did when she's not at work, Christensen said, "I like to spend time outdoors with my son and my partner, or leave for the weekend to the mountains north of New York to run outside," referring to her musician partner Paul Banks and her son Mingus, from a previous relationship.
Christensen looked flawless and sultry in a series of raunchy poses that saw her wearing various skimpy bikinis in a photo shoot session took place in the beaches of Saint Martin. Famed photographer Fred Meylan was the one on hand taking her pics for the French fashion publication, the latest issue of which has hit the newsstands.
