The 'Stay' singer tell her fans that she no longer has an Instagram account and brands an Instagram user posing as her a fake.
Rihanna no longer has an account on Instagram. The "Stay" singer took to Twitter on Monday, May 19 to warn her 35 million followers that an account posing as her on the photo-sharing site was a fake. "#PHAKE !!!! Let's be clear, I do NOT have an IG account!" she wrote. The singer attached a screenshot of the account which uses username BADGIRLRIRI_AGAIN.
Rihanna previously had an account on Instagram with ID Badgalriri. Last month, she was forced to delete some of her racy magazine photos from the site for violating the site's rules against nudity. Her page briefly disappeared following the incident.
The company then gave explanation for the the inaccessible page. "This account was mistakenly caught in one of our automated systems and very briefly disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience," they told E! News. RiRi, however, apparently chose to delete it.
Rihanna was most recently seen dining at an Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles on Sunday. She was spotted wearing a black dress and a jacket as she walked to her car. She also wore rings, necklaces and carried her phone.
