Chrissy Teigen Begs Interviews To Stop Asking John Legend One Particular Question

While Acknowledging That She And Her Singer Husband Are Very Different, The 'Lip Sync Battle' Host Explains Why It Annoyed Her That He Got Asked About It Ever So Often.

Chrissy Teigen has called on interviewers to stop asking her husband John Legend how he deals with her.

The model and "Lip Sync Battle" host, who has been married to the "All of Me" singer since 2013, is known for her outspoken and candid nature on social media, something which John is frequently asked about doing press interviews.

In a series of tweets on Tuesday evening, February 26, Chrissy revealed that this line of questioning annoys her and she doesn't understand why he gets asked it so often.

"I feel like a very common question when interviewing john is basically 'how do you deal with your wife and ... I don't love it," she tweeted. "It happens a lot. 'does she ask you if certain things are okay to say?' ...it's just very weird to me. no. he doesn't. I don't care. and he doesn't care. end of question."

"He usually does the standard 'no...she knows what she's doing...' but it's not even that. It's just that I am a different human than him? It is theeeee most common question with him (sic). Please stop... I'm not mad at anyone who has asked this. I get that we are very different. It happens a lot though and I'm just not very into it."

The new judge on "The Voice" U.S. retweeted Chrissy's message thread and heaped praise on her and her social media skills and added that she "doesn't need my advice or censorship when it comes to how she communicates with the public."

Chrissy couldn't help but poke fun in his message and replied, "wow can I have one thing without you being husband savior... jk (just kidding) love you (can I say this? please let me know)" to which he responded, "You have my permission. Thank you for asking."

Chrissy comments come days after John appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and was asked by the host if his wife runs her tweets by him first.
